It’s time to officially say goodbye to one of our favorite girls—Aria Sniezy Urwis Of SpellboundSC has retired and gone to her forever home.
And the best part? She gets to live with Gizmo, one of her kittens from 2021. We couldn’t have asked for a better setup.
Aria came to us after we retired our foundation queen, Mama, and while she didn’t start our program, she picked up right where Mama left off. She raised some of our most beautiful kittens—golden-shaded, hazel-eyed fluffballs with sweet temperaments and SO much personality.
We had her spayed when her last litter was about 5–6 weeks old, and it didn’t take long before Zefir started getting confused (and dramatic) about why she wasn’t going back into heat. That’s when we knew it was time to find her a new home.
We waited for the right one—and once Gizmo’s family reached out, we knew we’d found it. Aria moved in on July 10, and she’s already settled into her new life like the queen she is.
We’re so grateful for everything she brought to our cattery, and we’re even more grateful that she gets to spend her retirement with one of her babies.
Happy retirement, Aria. You’ve more than earned it.
