Refund Policy
We know that life can be unpredictable, and we want to be as fair as possible while also protecting the time, energy, and planning that goes into every match we make.
Deposits are nonrefundable.
Additional payments (toward a specific kitten or toward a future match) may be eligible for a 50% refund, or can be used as a credit toward a future kitten, at our discretion.
The following are always nonrefundable, regardless of circumstance:
- Upgrade fees (Priority Selection, Early Selection, Litter Hold) — Decision Hold works differently, see below
- Non-refundable processing fees
- Sales tax already remitted to the state
Decision Hold fees are the one exception. If you make your selection before the kittens are 8 weeks old, and another family then chooses the kitten you released through Early Selection, we credit those Decision Hold fees back on your final invoice. If that doesn't happen, the fee isn't refunded — while a kitten is on hold for you it's marked pending, and other families move on to other kittens.
