Upgrade Options
When kittens are born and we are pulling families from the waitlist into a litter we start with the PRIORITY Waitlist and then pull from the REGULAR waitlist if there is still room.
**NOTE: We don't want anyone to linger on the REGULAR waitlist forever, so once you have been bumped from one litter from each queen (by people who placed deposits after you, but who chose our PRIORITY waitlist) we will move you to the PRIORITY waitlist at no charge.
Process
- Place your deposit (1/3 of your total, which depends on how you are paying, whether you live in TX or not, and whether you choose any upgrade options; the shopping cart will calculate it for you) as soon as you are able, because your placement in our lines is determined by the order in which deposits are received. - When kittens are born, we pull names from the PRIORITY Waitlist first, and then from our REGULAR wait list.
- Select your kitten(s) (when kittens are at least 8 weeks old; we start with our PRIORITY selection list and then move to the REGULAR selection list.** (Second payment is due when you select your kitten.)
- Make your final payment and pick up your kitten(s) (when they are 11-12 weeks old; timing depends on the kitten and whether we think it needs more time with its mother.

Selection Order Details
SELECTION ORDER:
- Pick of the litter/Breeder's Choice
- PRIORITY Selection families with PRIORITY Selection on BOTH kittens
- PRIORITY Selection families with PRIORITY Selection on ONE kitten
- PRIORITY Selection families who are getting ONE kitten
- Regular Selection families
NOTES:
- If a PRIORITY Selection group has more than one family, they will be ordered by Priority Selection PAYMENT DATE
- Regular Selections are scheduled in DEPOSIT ORDER
- Because we believe it is best for kittens to go home in pairs: If you pay a deposit for ONE kitten and decide you would like TWO kittens we will always allow this, and we will adjust the list behind you.
If you pay the deposit for the second kitten at least a week before selections are scheduled, this will likely move you up in the selection order.
If less than a week before you will keep the same place in line; if you are last in line and nobody ahead of you elects to wait for another litter, you would need to wait for the next litter in order to get two kittens.
