BIG news for Spellbound Siberian Cats…
Our son Alexander will be moving to the Pacific Northwest (Puyallup, WA) before the end of April—and Taiga and Begamot will be going with him!
Once he’s settled in, we’ll begin offering cattery visits and allergy visits in Washington, which we’re really excited about. This has been something we’ve wanted to do for a long time, and it feels like the perfect next step.
We already have several of our kittens living in the Pacific Northwest, so it’s especially exciting to now be able to offer visits and future litters closer to them.
Looking a bit further ahead, this also means that we expect our first Pacific Northwest litter to be born toward the end of this year, with kittens ready for new homes around February/March 2027.
I've already emailed families currently on the waitlist, but also want to reiterate here—this does NOT affect you.
Families waiting for Taiga’s Litter B will still receive their kittens as planned, and we will personally bring them back to the Dallas area at no additional charge. If you were already planning for delivery, your cost will simply be calculated from whichever location is closer to you—our current home, DFW Airport, Alexander's old address in Plano, or his new home in Washington.
This is also the first step in something bigger for us.
We’ve been quietly building toward expanding beyond central Texas in a way that still feels very “Spellbound”—personal, intentional, and deeply connected—and this is just the beginning.
And just as important as where we grow is how we grow.
Over time, we plan to add additional locations across the US through carefully chosen guardian homes.
We’ll be creating a page on our website with more information about this, including how families can apply to be part of our guardian program, and we would truly love your input on where you’d like to see us expand next.
We’re so excited for this next chapter, and hope you are, too!
